This is the Yealink MP56 Teams phone. These instructions should help you navigate your way through the phone if you have any issues.
Instructions to use Teams Phone

Category 1: How to make Calls
- To make calls: You can Press the “Calls” button.
- You can type the number in of who you want to call, you can look up using the “Magnifying Glass”, or if the person is favorites you can tap their name.
Category 2: How to add Speed Dial Contacts
- To add someone to your favorites: Call the person and find their number on recent. Press the “Information” button then add them to your favorites.
Category 3: How to use Voicemail
- To check Voicemail: Go to home screen, Press “More” and Voicemail should be an option to check any voicemail you have. You can also reorder the screen by pressing “Reorder” to put Voicemail on the home screen.
