Instructions to Setup Email on Phone

Go to the App Store on your iPhone or the Google Play Store on your Android and find the “Outlook” App
- When looking for the Outlook App it is a White or Black Background Opened Blue Envelope with a big letter “O” next to it on the left side.

Download the OneDrive Appas well. This is a security measure for when you download documents in Outlook to go to your OneDrive.
- When looking for the OneDrive App it is a White Background with a Blue Cloud.

Once you are done downloading these Apps, please go into the Outlook App and sign in. Please use the login credentials provided to you.

If you already did Two Factor Authentication, you should get a code and you are all signed in. If you need to setup Two Factor Authentication, the rest of these instructions are for you.
After logging in, you will get a “More Information” screen, please press “Next”.
You can download the Authenticator App but if you do not want to download more apps. Please go to the bottom left to the button and press “Want to set up a different way”.

From here, you will type in your phone number with no dashes and just the 10 digits of your phone number. You will then press “Next”.
You will receive a code, please type it in. You will get prompted for another verification method. You can download the Authenticator app or use a personal email and not your work email.
You will use the Authenticator code from the app or your personal email to receive the code to type into the Authentication process. After this is done, you will all be good to go!
