How to Setup Two Factor Authentication

After receiving your login credentials through your IT Department, you will use these instructions to Setup Two Factor Authentication. If you have any issues, please email help@(yourdomain).com or go to (yourdomain).freshdesk.com to submit a ticket.

Step 1: After Logging In

After logging in, you will get a “More Information” screen, please press “Next”.


Step 2: Authenticator App (Optional)

  • You can download the Authenticator App but if you do not want to download more apps. Please go to the bottom left to the button and press “Want to set up a different way”.


Step 3: Getting code from Text on Phone

  • From here, you will type in your phone number with no dashes and just the 10 digits of your phone number. You will then press “Next”.
  • You will receive a code, please type it in


Step 4: Second Authentication Method

  • You will get prompted for another verification method. This is just in case you cannot get a text from your phone.
  • You can download the Authenticator app or use a personal email and not your work email. 
  • You will use the Authenticator code from the app or your personal email to receive the code to type into the Authentication process. After this is done, you will all be good to go!
