Instructions to use the Elevation Prompt

Step 1: Download the program or printer driver you need

• You will need to download what you need and then click onto the download. 
• Once you click on the download a box will appear like so.

Step 2: Put a Reason for Elevation

• Once you have the box open in Step 1 you will need to put a reason on why you are downloading this. It can be brief as we only need a few words.
• Once you put a reason, press "Request Elevation" it will send a notification to our IT techs to check and see what they will approve or decline.
• If it does not get approved in time and the box goes away, please put a ticket in or message one of the IT techs as they might have missed it.
• If it gets declined, please put a ticket in or message the IT Techs to request a reason for it to get declined.
