One of the most effective ways for attackers to gain unauthorized access to an organization is through phishing emails. The emails often look legitimate, and the web pages where you're asked to enter credentials or personal details may look real.

Warning Signs of a Phish:

  • Requests your login credentials or personal information.
  • Contains a link, attachment, or QR code you were not expecting from an unknown sender.
  • Grammar or spelling errors.
  • Triggers an emotion such as a sense of urgency, curiosity, fear, or reward.

When suspicious emails make it through our defenses, we rely on you as our last line of defense.

If you receive a suspicious email, report it IMMEDIATELY!!!

Thank you for your help!
